This page covers the terms that apply when you use our website (thegoodbatchco.com) or place an order with us. Plain English version: be reasonable, we'll do the same, and let's bake.

Who we are

The Good Batch Co. is a small-batch bakery based in Mona Vale, NSW. We're part of the same team behind Bella's Corner.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once we've accepted it and started baking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, an item is priced incorrectly, or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but any order already confirmed will be honoured at the price you paid. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods listed on our site.

Delivery

Delivery details, timeframes and costs are covered in our shipping policy. Once your order leaves our kitchen, delivery is handled by our courier partners — we'll do everything we can if something goes wrong, but transit issues outside our control are exactly that.

Refunds, replacements and food safety

How we handle orders that arrive damaged, late or incorrect is covered in our refund policy. Please read our allergen disclaimer there if you or anyone receiving the cookies has dietary restrictions.

Using our website

The content on this site — including photos, product descriptions, our logo and branding — belongs to The Good Batch Co. Feel free to share our products with the world, but please don't copy our content or use our branding without permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to make sure our site and products are as described, but we can't guarantee everything works perfectly all the time. To the extent allowed by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of the products you've purchased from us.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
