Shipping

Everything we make is baked fresh to order in our Mona Vale kitchen, so we need a little time before we send your order out. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship across Australia. Sorry — no international orders. Our cookies are best eaten fresh, and we'd rather not send something halfway around the world that arrives stale.

Shipping rates

• Standard delivery: $11 flat rate (2–5 business days)
• Express delivery: $15 flat rate (1–3 business days)
• Free standard delivery on all orders over $100

When we dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Thursday are baked the next day and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday, or any time over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday.

Pickup from the kitchen

Local? You're welcome to collect your order from our kitchen at 9A Waratah Street, Mona Vale during café hours. Just leave a note at checkout and we'll have it ready for you.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. If something doesn't arrive when it should, email us at orders@goodbatchco.com and we'll chase it up.

Cafés, wholesale and bulk orders
